01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the zp999 platform – whether through the website at zp999.win or the Android app – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and zp999.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continuing to use the site or app after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you remain aware of the current terms.

02 Account Registration

To use the zp999 platform you must create an account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by zp999.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and your own.

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. If you already have a registered account, you must not create a second account. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and closed, and any balance in the duplicate account may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. zp999 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

zp999 reserves the right to request identity documents or proof of payment method at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions until the verification is completed.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances, transactions and game stakes at zp999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash – near-instant processing
• Easypaisa – near-instant processing
• Raast – bank-level instant transfers
• Bank Transfer – standard processing times apply
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks before processing is completed.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

zp999 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general terms. Where there is any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses at zp999 unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used or wagering not completed within the stated period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• zp999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, multiple accounts or any other method will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

Wagering contributions differ by product. Sports betting wagers typically contribute at a different rate to live casino or slot play. The specific contribution rates for each active promotion are displayed in the promotion details at the time of claiming.

05 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section at zp999 covers cricket including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other ICC tournaments, football, esports and additional sports as made available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the moment of placement. Network delays can affect the odds at which a bet is accepted.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and event type.
• zp999 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply and are displayed within the betting interface.

For PSL and international cricket fixtures, detailed market rules including how rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and match abandonments are handled are available within the sports betting section. We recommend reviewing these before placing bets on matches where weather may be a factor.

zp999 does not accept bets from individuals who have insider knowledge of any event outcome or who have any direct involvement with the teams, players or officials involved in an event.

06 Casino and Slots

The live casino section runs 24 hours a day with real dealer tables covering roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows and additional formats. The slots section contains titles from multiple game providers. The following rules apply to all casino and slot play:

• All games use certified random number generation or live dealer dealing, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine or dealer in real time.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the game outcome is determined by the dealer or game server and will be settled accordingly once the connection is restored.
• Slot jackpot outcomes are governed by the rules of the individual game provider. zp999 is not responsible for the outcome logic of third-party game titles.
• Game history is available within your account for reference.

zp999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed, temporarily unavailable or updated at any time. Where a game is removed with a significant player base, reasonable advance notice will be provided where possible.

07 VIP Programme

The zp999 VIP programme rewards players who engage regularly with the platform. Participation is automatic – your account level progresses based on cumulative wagering activity across sports, live casino and slots. The programme has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

• VIP tier status is calculated over a rolling period. The specific qualifying thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
• Benefits associated with each tier – including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, table access and account management – are as described in the VIP section and may be updated from time to time.
• VIP status can decrease if qualifying activity falls below the threshold for the current tier during the calculation period.
• Loyalty points earned cannot be transferred to another account and have no cash value unless explicitly converted through a promotion.
• zp999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at zp999. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal player use.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Placing bets with knowledge of an outcome that is not available to the general public.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute legitimate transactions after using the deposited funds for play.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

zp999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include suspected fraud, verification failure, prohibited conduct, chargebacks and self-exclusion requests. Where an account is suspended for investigation, the account balance will be held until the investigation is resolved.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. If there is a remaining real money balance and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as described in the account management section. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

10 Privacy and Data

zp999 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify accounts, process payments and provide customer support. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used and how it is stored are set out in our Privacy Policy.

By registering an account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you and to request corrections where the data is inaccurate.

11 Responsible Gaming

To the extent permitted by applicable law, zp999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

zp999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on the account or through an in-platform notification. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
